All returns are eligible for up to 2 weeks . You will need to send me a email at
clairesdesignsandcrafts@gmail.com and explain the reason for the return.
In order to be eligible for a return please read and follow instructions below
Luxury Press Ons:
- If you are needing to return a nail set please send a email with a picture of the nails still sealed in the clear plastic wrap and leave prep kit unopened. Place everything back in the original box and send it back. Once I have recieved the package I will inform you and send a full refund, unless ANY item stated above is found to be tampered with.
- Not all sets are eligible for a refund or return. Opened sets and custom sized sets are not eligible for returns.
- Please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 weeks to complete your set because every piece is made by hand by one woman.

Lashes
- Lashes MUST not be touched in order to be eligible for returns. The sanitary seal must be intact and a picture will need to be sent to me before a full refund is given. Once the package is recieved ,you will receive a full refund for your lashes.
- Returns will not be given if lashes are found to be tampered with or were removed from sanitary seal.
Jewerly
- Earrings MUST NOT be worn or removed from Plastic wrapping for sanitary reasons and a picture must be sent before returning for a refund
- If earrings are found to be removed or tampered with no refund will be given
- Necklaces , rings, and bracelets, all must be returned in original packaging and a picture must be sent before returning for a full refund.
Questions/ Wrong order
- If you received the wrong order please message us and return it without touching or opening anything in the package. I will send your correct package immediately or a full refund.
